RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ONLINE ORDERS
We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return or exchange the order. Please note the order could be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return and/or exchange, simply complete the below form.
Only allowed one exchange per order.
Once the order form has been accepted, please allow 2-3 business days to receive a confirmation email along with a pre-paid shipping label or follow up email from our returns department if further details are required. Once the return or exchange has been received, inspected, and approved, an email with the refunded amount applied to your original form of payment will be issued.
The return & exchange shipping label costs ($10.99 - $14.99) will be deducted from total refund amount depending on size & weight of order. Or adjusted accordingly for exchanges.
To receive a full refund (minus restocking fee), the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
Pet dander, pet hair or dirt stains from food, liquids, pets, grass, household items, signs of wear, washing, improper care or any damage to the actual product
CUSTOM ORDERS
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS that are placed over the phone or via email.
With this being said, we will try our best to repair any product to make sure you have the perfect size tread free of cost. We love to make custom orders but unfortunately they are made just for you and not likely to be repurposed for a separate project.
To request a repair, complete the form below. Be sure to provide as much information as possible.
Allow 2-3 business days to receive an email from our customs department to begin the rework.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellations are fully refundable within 24 hours of the time your order was processed.
